Bruiser is a really interesting book because it has a little mystery to it and I like it because it has different perspectives to it and different people's point of views that they give in different situations. Brewster "bruiser" Rawlins has like a secret identity because he looks like he is like the "tough guy" but he is actually pretty nice and kind but he can't care about someone too much or else weird things will happen and when I found out what happens when he cares about you to much I really couldn't imagine someone who can go through that pain that he goes through.

My spring break was pretty fun. I stayed here in Iowa and I got to have a sleepover at my Aunts house with one of my best friends and we got to see two movies which was really cool because we got to stay up until 1:00 because we kept on listening to music nonstop. The next day we went to downtown to see the museums and I was really nice. So after we went to the museums we went back home for another hour and then we went out to eat at this restaurant called Vesta and it was okay and we got to try new foods because it was our first time going there and the food there was okay but that just my opinion. After we got home we got to see another movie but then the fun ended because my father had to come to pick me up. So that was my spring break here in Iowa I hope that you guys had a much better time than me.
Something similar between these two is that they are both based on the holocaust and about the Jews in the camps and how their lives are. A difference that I found was that in the book it was based on Elie Wiesel and how his life was during the holocaust and in the movie it is based on the main character which is Bruno and his with Schmuel and all the wars that are going on.
Bruno looks like a really sweet child and he wants to be an explorer and he won't let anyone stop him from becoming what he wants and that makes him very brave and confident in himself. My thought on him is that he is someone who never gives up on what they desire the most in their lives. My thoughts have changed because now since I have seen the movie I got to see what it was like during the holocaust and how everyone was thinking and it actually made me sad because I never really knew this much about the holocaust and know that I do my thoughts have definitely changed. I don't really think I can choose between the movie and the book because the book had from the perspective from the main character who was the author and he put so much detail from his experience and in the movie you could see the camps and what they did there but if I had to choose I would choose the book.
This article tells us what types of life skills we need to make it in this world without the help of our parents. Some of those life skills we can do but some we can't because maybe our parents think that we are not ready for the big world so we try to prove to them that we are big enough by trying some of these life skills. Some for me some of these life skills I am still trying to work on like talking to store clerks, health care providers because I can get kinda shy when it comes to talking to others who I don't know so that is one that I am trying to work with. Another one that I really have to work with like we must be able to take risks I can take some risks within reason but with every risk you take comes a consequence but from time to time I can take a few risks but still trying to work on that as well but the biggest one is me being really shy when it comes to a big crowd of people that I don't really know that where I can get really shy and just try to avoid getting into a big group of people who I DON'T know but if it is people who i do know then yeah I can easily talk with them.
If I was president of the U.S.A. my priorities would be
to let all of immigrants to go and see their families each year for special occasion because lots of families didn't really have a choice to come to the United States. Lower the costs in hospitals for people who can't afford to pay because they don't get payed a lot and their families are going through things and they can't afford anything else. Make more shelters for the homeless and get them everything that they need like a job, food, new clothes, and a nice living space with all of their needs. My winter break was amazing because I got to go to Mexico for the whole break and I loved it because it was my first time going and when I got there all of my family just burst into tears of joy and they couldn't be happier and I was really happy being there with my family.
So first couple of days were kind of weird because it was my very first time there so I had to get used to all of the new things. my favorite part was that we went to the river to swim and I remembered that my parents told me that when I go to the river the water is going to feel like it is pulling me and when I got to the river with all of my cousins, aunts, and uncles the water was freezing cold and it really felt like the water was pulling and when I got to a deeper end my cousins were trying to pull me in so that the water would pull me more. When a couple of days passed we had Christmas and what we did was we put our cars on two sides of the street so that no cars would pass by and all of the family was outside just having fun and getting to know everyone better (because remember that it's my first time going there). After Christmas has passed we had gone to the beach because the weather was really nice, so when we got there it was so beautiful and the first thing that I thought was "I an going swimming in the winter in Mexico." The water was amazing, but the only problem with the water was that it was salt water and the waves were huge that they always knocked me down. If I could live inside a video game it would be Viva Piñata it is a game about you raising your own Piñata's and they look like animals so its like your raising animals that are Piñata's and they fight off all of the evil Piñata's that are trying to tqake over the island where they live and it is a really fun game that I always used to play and that's the game that I would choose to be in.
